๐ฅ Veggies: Carrots, green beans, spinach (cooked & finely chopped)
๐ Carbs: Brown rice or sweet potato
๐ซ Healthy Fats: Olive oil or coconut oil
๐ Supplements: Fish oil (for skin & coat), probiotics (for digestion)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground turkey (or chicken)
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice or mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots & green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp fish oil (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the ground turkey in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Cook the brown rice or sweet potato separately.
- Steam or lightly cook the veggies for easy digestion.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding olive/coconut oil and fish oil.
- Let it cool before serving.
